Cancellation Requests:

To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or through our contact form. Cancellations will be effective from the date we receive your request.

Cancellation Fees:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of Rs. 5,000.
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be retained.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during booking.

Changes to Bookings:

If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but additional fees may apply depending on the changes.
